Architecture, development, release and support after launch. Design, QA and extra hands come from people we have shipped with before, and you keep talking to the engineers who build it, not an account-manager chain.
The founder
I'm Mikalai Siliuk, and I founded MS Development after a decade of shipping mobile products. Native Android since 2015 (Kotlin). Native iOS since 2018 (Swift). Flutter since 2020, production Flutter at scale since then. Contributed to 100+ mobile projects across consumer products, real-time platforms, subscription apps, and AI-powered tools.
How we think about the work
A mobile app is not a feature list — it's a release cadence, a crash-free rate, a subscription renewal, a review response. We optimize for what actually keeps the product alive after launch, not for shipping the first version fast and hoping.
Most clients we work with aren't engineers, and they shouldn't have to be. Our job is to make every architectural decision transparent and every milestone touchable, so you always know what's being built and why.
