Mobile app development services —
and everything around the app.

Apps for iPhone and Android, plus everything they need to run a business: the backend, the web panel for your office, the owner dashboard, payments and integrations. Designed and built as one system, then looked after once it's live.

What we do

Pick the part you need, or let us build the whole system end to end.

📱

Mobile apps

One app for iPhone and Android, built once so every update reaches both phones at the same time. Native Swift and Kotlin when the product depends on what only the platform can do.

Good fit if the app is how your customers or your people get work done.

🖥️

Web panels & dashboards

A web panel for the people who sit at a desk and a dashboard for the owner, on the same data as the app: moderation, support, content, reports, settings.

Good fit if your office or your team needs to work in the browser, not on a phone.

☁️

Backend & integrations

One backend behind every screen: the data model, roles and access, notifications, and connections to the tools you already run, such as accounting, CRM, email, maps and AI providers.

Good fit if data has to stay in sync between the field, the office and your existing systems.

💳

Payments & subscriptions

In-app purchases, subscriptions and web checkout, with access decided on the server so it cannot drift on the phone.

Good fit if the product earns money through the app or the web.

📦

Release & support

App Store and Google Play release, the web panel deployed, then monitoring, fixes and new features on a monthly retainer.

Good fit if you need someone who owns the system after it goes live.

🧱

Audit & takeover of an existing app

An honest assessment of an existing app and the system around it (architecture, performance, release process, tech debt) with a prioritised plan you can act on.

Good fit if you inherited an app or shipping velocity has dropped.

🤝

White-label for agencies

Senior mobile and backend capacity you can put in front of your clients. NDA-friendly, predictable delivery, clean handover.

Good fit if you're an agency that needs senior capacity without a permanent hire.

How we work

The same four steps on every project, from the first call to support after launch.

  1. 1

    Map the system

Who uses what, on which device. You get a written plan and a fixed price.

  2. 2

    First working version

The app, the panel and the backend arrive together. You try them every week.

  3. 3

    Launch

App Store, Google Play and the web panel go live. Your team gets onboarded.

  4. 4

    Run and grow

Fixes and new features every month, or a clean handover to your own team.

03

Custom mobile app development

Custom means the product is built around what your business actually does, instead of bending your business around a template. It is the right call less often than agencies suggest, and more often than no-code vendors admit.

Build custom when

  • The core of the product is the thing no template does: your matching logic, your pricing rules, your data model.
  • You need App Store and Google Play presence with native behaviour, not a wrapped website.
  • The app has to talk to systems you already run, on your terms.
  • You expect to keep shipping features for years and cannot afford a platform deciding what is possible.

Do not build custom when

  • You are still testing whether anyone wants this. Validate first, cheaply, then build.
  • An existing tool already does 90 percent of it and the last 10 percent is preference.
  • Nobody on your side can make product decisions weekly. Custom work stalls without that.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear on almost every first call.

Who will actually build it?
Senior engineers who write the code and make the architecture calls. Design, QA and extra hands come from people we have shipped with before. You always have one point of contact.
What's your typical engagement?
Fixed-scope projects with milestones, or monthly retainers for ongoing work. We don't take hourly ticket-taking engagements: they aren't a good fit for senior delivery.
Can you join an existing codebase?
Yes. We take over Flutter, native iOS and native Android codebases from internal teams, agencies and other freelancers. An initial audit comes first so we both see the real starting point.
How do you handle NDAs?
NDA by default. Many of our best projects are under NDA, which is why the public portfolio is selective. Happy to sign before we discuss anything specific.
How do you price projects?
Fixed scope → fixed price with defined milestones. Retainers → monthly capacity blocks. Audits and architecture reviews → fixed fee with a written deliverable. No hourly time-sheets.
What happens after launch?
We stay on for post-launch stabilisation (typically 2–4 weeks), then either move to a maintenance retainer or hand the system over to your in-house team with documentation, architecture notes and a runbook.
Do you work with teams outside your timezone?
Yes. We work with clients across EU, UK and US timezones. There's always a shared sync window each day.
What if the project needs more hands?
Design, QA and extra engineering capacity come from people we have shipped with before. You keep one point of contact, and the plan stays the same. If you want your own team later, we help you hire and hand over.
